Refund and Returns Policy

We appreciate your purchase. We sincerely hope your purchase meets your needs. But you can return your item to us for a total refund or store credit if you're not entirely happy with it for any reason. For further details about our return policy, please check out the section below.

Returns: Within fifteen (15) days after the purchase date, all returns must be postmarked. Every item that is returned needs to be undamaged and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

Return Procedure

Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via emailing customer support at contact 44 7441365100 before returning any items. When being issued an RMA number, enclose your proof of purchase with the item and firmly wrap it in its original packaging. Send your return to the address: 18 Leopold St, Derby DE1 2HF, United Kingdom 

Please be aware that all return shipping costs will be at your expense.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable way to ship your return.

Return

We will handle your return after receiving it and examining the item's condition. To process your return, please give us at least seven (7) days after we receive your item. Refunds may show up on your credit card account after one or two billing cycles, depending on your credit card provider. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us.
